As the primary designer for thirty sports programs, fundraising initiatives, and diversity campaigns, I immersed myself in all aspects of the department. I crafted social media posts and advertisements for digital and print platforms across all ticketed sports, orchestrating photo shoots to capture poses tailored to diverse digital dimensions. Collaborating closely with coaches and program leaders, I optimized resource allocation, substantially increasing ticket sales. As Interim Creative Director, I guided the art direction for all thirty programs and cultivated distinct team identities while maintaining a cohesive brand image. My responsibilities included overseeing the creation of practice gear, collaborating with the licensing team on apparel submissions, and managing student workers and freelancers. I also administered the daily operations of our department’s website, Calbears.com.
